THE RIGHT SEEDS

PSALM 126:6 says

He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed,

What have you been weeping about?

the scripture above tells me also that the reverse or flip side of it should be like

He that goeth forth and laughs, bearing evil seed, shall doubtless come again with sorrows, bringing his generational emptiness and woes with him.

SEED TIME IS PAINFUL

SACRIFICIAL, 

CHALLENGING,

TASKING AND

LONELY

In such times as these, it is essential to know that someone has gone through those times you are in right now, or even worse and made it out unscathed.

In HEBREWS 12:2, Jesus found himself at a point where he could have taken a walk from the cross. Read;

looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God

 It seems easy to read but wasn’t as easy to do as it appears.

In Nigeria today as the election day draws near, one of the presidential candidates Mr Peter Obi of the Labor Party has enjoyed so much love, support and unequalled followership from the masses because he is the only man on the ballot without a dirt in personal business dealings or political activities attached to his name.

Indeed, it is a rare feat, 

One thing I am so sure about is that earning himself this applause couldn’t have come cheaply. definitely it must have been with some sacrificial resolve to endure till the end indeed. And now he is reaping the harvest unhindered.

BECAUSE HARVEST IS ALWAYS

REWARDING,

REVIVING,

JOYFUL,

FULFILLING, AND

BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER TO HELP 

(even as a church, when you are in your harvest season, you will see people trouping in and we term that as a harvest of souls.) Because they gather from everywhere, you may know or not know.

it is in this manner that a manager will recruit staff from anywhere simply for the ingathering of harvest from his farm into his yam barn, 

Congregationally, every church should pray to enter their in gathering seasons after sowing in the lives of people tearfully.

the church here refers to the barn replica during a Harvest.

individually, you and I are now the church.

we are the temple of the living God where God dwells.

and our individual lives also deserves an ingathering of harvest. that is if only we have sown rightly and correctly at all

and more importantly in tears ( this does not necessarily mean physical,

Or literal tears, but the painful and inconvenient sacrifices you make in order to maintain a right stand with God)  then reaping, harvest and ingathering is sure for us.

you need God and HIS word to sow correctly into your life field in order to harvest joyfully

GALATIANS 6:7 emphasizes this truth:

Dear friend,

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap..

Let me remind you also of the concluding part of our opening scripture which promises that

YOU

Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing YOUR sheaves with YOU.

and that is after you have sown..

So, what are you waiting for?

Please start sowing rightly today. And when your cloud is full, your rain will fall.
